Cores

The goals of the Arkansas INBRE Research Technology Core are to enable faculty and students at the Primarily Undergraduate Institutions (PUI) to access state-of-the-art research Core Facility resources and provide education on cutting-edge technologies to Arkansas INBRE partner and affiliate PUIs.

We have implemented a Core Facility Voucher Program to support use of core research facilities by faculty and student researchers at PUIs and a Core Facility Development Program to maintain cutting-edge technologies in institutional core facilities.  Established core facilities at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (UAF) are accessible through the Arkansas INBRE Research Technology Core.

Additionally, within the scope of promoting the Research Technology Core, we have implemented a Social Media Hub that will allow both faculty and students to “plug-in” to opportunities and news from the Arkansas INBRE.
