Data Science Core Workshops

There will be monthly workshops from the Data Science Core of the Arkansas INBRE.  These will be held online via Zoom and will cover a variety of topics that are essential for anyone interested in Data Science.  All workshop slides and resources will be available at our GitHub repository and recordings will be available on our YouTube channel.

Arkansas INBRE Data Science Workshop: Scripting in Linux (for Windows and Mac)
Thursday, September 10, 2 to 4 pm CT
via Zoom

Workshop will cover some intermediate concepts in Linux, including writing and running shell scripts; and you follow along using Windows and MacOS, too. Scripting allows you to automate tasks so you can work more efficiently and has the added benefit of recording what you’ve done so it can be easily repeated or modified.

Attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
