Students are responsible for requesting letters from their professors for the recommendation letters and to provide the address below to the faculty writing the letters. Undergraduate students applying to the Mentored Summer Research Program who attend the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville are to identify mentors at UAMS.
Every effort will be made to match students with mentors of their choice, however there are circumstances when this is not possible.
The demands of summer classes have been shown to negatively impact summer research programs, consequently students wanting or needing to take summer classes should not apply.
